Shipping Information:

- We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping fees are a base of $25 of free shipping over $150.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
Return Policy:
- We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking costs.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the return label.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address at your expense.
- Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund, minus the 15% handling fee.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by either issuing a full refund (including shipping) or sending you a replacement item, depending on your preference.
